'Hello Everyone!   Todays video is a quick and simple Barre workout. Barre is a style of exercise that is inspired by ballet. It is an amazing workout and is especially great for toning and strengthening.   I hope you enjoy this video :-)   Here is the workout -   Straight leg side sweep glute kick back - 15 on each leg  Side leg lift (touch down as shown in video for an easier option) 15 on each leg  1st position Plie squat - 20   Pulse Lunge - 15 on each leg  Mountain climber variation - (knee towards outside of elbow then directly in front of elbow then inside of opposite elbow) 15 each side  2nd position Plie squat to calf raise - 20   Thank you so much for watching :-)   INSTAGRAM  @_courtneyscarlett_  #barre #ballet #workout'
